My account is locked. How do I unlock it?

Please login to the Microsoft 365 portal online to change your password. Changing your password unlocks your account. Please note, passwords can't be any previously 20 used passwords. They also must have one special character, one number and can't contain your name or email. The Microsoft 365 portal can be accessed at www.office.com
You can find the forgot password link after you enter your email, on the password prompt page of the login.
